Solvent Filters
It is essential to use a solvent filter at the pump intake to insure reliable operation of the check valves and other pump system components. We recommend a 10 micron filter for most analytical applications. For flow rates in excess of 10 mL per minute, we recommend a 20 micron filter to avoid pump cavitation. ASI filters are designed to slip inside either 1/16" ID or 1/8" ID tubing, and are made from 316 stainless steel.
