310 PCR will not rupture at high temperatures and pressures. Rated
to 3,000 PSI at 150 °C.

Introduction
-
The Model 310 Post Column Reactor (PCR) can be
used to increase detection sensitivity for amino acids, proteins,
carbohydrates, inorganic ions, pesticides and other samples. The
PCR consists of a heated reactor cartridge that is designed to mix
reagent with column effluent efficiently and with minimum peak dispersion.
